Zero Robotics 2012 finals
topic: ZERO ROBOTICS Early in 2013, the finals of the previous year's competition took place on the ISS. The finalists gathered in ESTEC to view their code being executed live on the station. Before connection with the ISS, astronaut Andre Kuipers gave the students a taste of what it's like to live there for 6 months and also walked them through a virtual tour of the large station. A video conference with MIT preceded the live connection with the ISS. 7 games later the 2012 winners were known. Game 1 "Kathe in Space, Sunday Programmers , Herder-Berlin" vs. "ROBOVALL, Aixtronuts, RoboNatta" Game 2 "ROBOVALL , Aixtronuts, RoboNatta" vs. "Helios, Uniformiter disformis, Ghost Pirates" Game 3 "Helios, Uniformiter disformis, Ghost Pirates" vs. "Kathe in Space, Sunday Programmers , Herder-Berlin" Game 4 "Crab Nebula, Sui Generis, EPM Miguel de Guzmán" vs. "AstroPenguins, Atlantis, Error 404" Game 5 "AstroPenguins, Atlantis, Error 404" vs. "Democrito, LazySpace, Why Not Pinin" Game 6 "Democrito, LazySpace, Why Not Pinin" vs. "Crab Nebula, Sui Generis, EPM Miguel de Guzmán" Championship game "Kathe in Space, Sunday Programmers , Herder-Berlin" vs. "Democrito, LazySpace, Why Not Pinin" |
